The frosted windows were quite disappointing. visibility was almost zero!!! The coin laundry situation was frustrating, especially with wait times!!! Consider adding more washers and dryers to avoid peak hour chaos!!!

Loved indulging in the amazing local eats, with Shunpuuan's creative salads stealing the show! Our Apartment had a full kitchen, perfect for whipping up quick meals. Cozy beds that made for a restful stay. The staff's attentiveness brought a warm, homey vibe.
They only clean the room and make the bed on the 4th day, so had to tidy up our dishes and make our beds ourselves. Air-conditioning was a bit of a head-scratcher too.

Booked the One-Bedroom Family Apartment for 4 nights. The spacious setup was perfect for my family, with a great layout and cozy beds. Kids adored the bunk beds, and the kitchenette made meal prep easy with convenience store items. Plenty of hangers and a well-stocked pantry added to the comfort. Felt clean and fresh throughout our stay. Location was a bit far from bustling tourist spots but tucked away in quiet streets, which I appreciated. The laundry facility had limited machines, causing some wait times. The lighting in the apartment felt a bit gloomy, lacking natural light. Some smaller inconveniences like having to tidy up our dishes and the limited coffee pods available in the amenity station could be improved.

Spacious and Family-Friendly Stay
We had an amazing time during our stay! The Japanese-styled room was spacious, perfect for our family, and the kids loved the cozy futons. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us with restaurant reservations and ensuring we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenience of the coin laundry and the common kitchen area, which had all the essentials for a quick meal. The only downside was the occasional noise from the morning sun, but it was manageable.

We arrived from Tokyo at 8am, and the front desk was great at keeping our luggage until check-in. Loved unwinding in the bathtub and relaxing with unlimited supplies in the lobby. The only small hitch was the washer and dryer being coin-operated, but the app that tracks their status made it manageable. 😊

lovely room with minor light issue
The apartment was spacious, perfectly accommodating my family with cozy beds for a restful night's sleep. The staff showed exceptional hospitality and offered wonderful dining recommendations, which enhanced our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the nearby supermarket, allowing us to prepare late-night snacks in our well-equipped kitchen.
The bright green light from the smoke alarm was quite bothersome at night.

great location but needs more amenities
The location is fantastic! Convenient to explore famous attractions and easily accessible. The staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to help. Our one-bedroom Japanese apartment was spacious, making it perfect for family stays. Guests praised the cleanliness, and I couldn't agree more—it was spotless upon arrival!
However, I felt that the amenities could be improved, especially in the kitchen area.
